Accordion 1 — Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty (EN)
Scope. Éclat Gems provides a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear (micro-scratches, patina/oxidation, finish fading due to use), accidental damage, loss/theft, improper care, chemical exposure (perfumes, cosmetics, pools, cleaning agents), or unauthorized repairs/alterations (including third-party resizing/engraving).
Claim. Email contact@eclatgemsstore.com with order number, registered email, description, and photo/video evidence. We may request physical inspection.
Remedies. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we may repair, replace (same or equivalent model, subject to availability), or refund/store credit if repair/replacement is not possible.
Logistics. For approved warranty cases, Éclat Gems covers reasonable return and re-shipment costs per our instructions (RMA). Unauthorised returns may be refused.
Accordion 2 — 30-Day Change-of-Mind Returns (EN)
Period & scope. Return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of all amounts paid, including product price, original shipping, return shipping, and any import duties/taxes/fees (with proof).
Condition. Items must be in original condition, without excessive wear, with original packaging, certificates, tags, and accessories. Sets/Kits must be returned in full.
Hygiene & custom items. Earrings are non-returnable (hygiene) unless defective. Customized/engraved/resized/made-to-order pieces are final sale, except if defective.
Process. Obtain RMA via contact@eclatgemsstore.com before shipping. Returns without authorization or outside the 30-day window may be refused.
Costs & labels. Éclat Gems provides a prepaid, trackable return label and reimburses duties/taxes in full upon proof.
Accordion 3 — Inspections, Refunds & Exchanges (EN)
Inspection. Items are inspected upon receipt; signs of use, damage, missing components, or alterations may affect eligibility.
Refund method & timing. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Timing depends on provider; credit cards can take up to two billing cycles; bank transfers typically 5–10 business days after approval; store credit within 3 business days.
Exchanges. Subject to stock availability. If no like-for-like replacement is available, we offer refund or store credit.
Accordion 4 — International Considerations (EN)
Duties/Taxes. For change-of-mind returns, Éclat Gems reimburses in full any import duties, taxes, and customs fees (proof required). For warranty replacements, Éclat Gems covers any legally required duties/taxes for replacement shipments or reimburses the customer if such charges arise again.
Undeliverable/Refused parcels. If a parcel returns due to incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect, Éclat Gems will still process a full refund including outbound shipping and duties/taxes; repeated misuse may lead to account restrictions.
Accordion 5 — Updates & Governing Law (EN)
Éclat Gems may update this Policy at any time. The applicable version is the one published on our website at the time of your request. Consumer rights under applicable local law in your jurisdiction will be observed.
