Free Worldwide Shipping
We proudly offer free worldwide shipping, delivering to all destinations supported by our logistics partners.

Order Processing
All products are shipped directly from our distribution centers to the address provided at checkout. Depending on availability, your order may be dispatched from centers located in the United States, Europe, or Asia.

Processing time takes 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking code by email within up to 3 business days.

Delivery Time
Most orders are delivered within 5 business days, depending on the destination and local postal services. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 20 business days due to unexpected local delays.

Tracking
All orders include a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your package from dispatch to delivery. Tracking information usually appears within 1–2 business days after shipment, but in some cases it may take up to 5 business days to update in the system.

Multiple Items
If your order contains more than one product, items may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery. Each item will receive its own tracking code.

Delivery Issues
In some situations — such as the recipient being absent, restricted delivery areas, or other circumstances — local postal services may leave a notice requesting pickup at the nearest branch. If the package is not collected within the specified timeframe, it may be returned to the sender.

Customer Responsibility
Please ensure that your shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders not delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. In such cases, a new purchase will be required for reshipment.
